CSI@K12 EmailThe CSI@K12 solution brings together the power of Microsoft Live@EDU along with the ability to provide full compliance for CIPA, COPPA, and FERPA in an E-Rate eligible enterprise hosted email solution. In partnership with Microsoft, CSI Technology Outfitters is able to take advantage of the standard components of Microsoft Exchange, Outlook and Outlook Web Access and offer all the world class email features available to provide an integrated solution for managing a stakeholders time and information, connect across boundaries and stay in control of information. Considering that the bulk of the corporate world runs Microsoft Exchange, shouldn’t this be what your students learn to use in their education? CSI@K12 gives you Hosted Email Powered by Microsoft’s Live@edu platform, but allows you to leverage your existing Microsoft Active Directory to manage the set-up and administration of these hosted accounts. This means that you will not have to manage two distinct systems or databases and the changes you make to your Microsoft Active Directory will automatically be provisioned into your CSI@K12 accounts. Also, you can continue to utilize your current Microsoft Outlook email programs as well as the included Outlook Web Access (OWA) or any of your POP3 or IMAP email programs you may be currently using. In addition, schools now have the option of long term content archiving and integration with hosted VoIP solutions.
