Kurt Haas
With 11+ years of executive sales experience within software development and systems integration, Mr. Haas most recently served as the Vice President of Sales for, Enterprise Communications and Messaging Solutions (ECMS), a premier Microsoft Partner in the area of collaborative solutions development. At ECMS Mr. Haas was instrumental in providing a proven sales methodology to allow for the acquisition of ECMS by IT Factory. Prior to that Mr. Haas was the Vice President for Major Accounts for a full service integrator in Los Angeles, CA. and a partner and executive sales team leader for The Computer Group, Inc., the largest independent systems integration firm in the Southeast. Mr. Haas has been responsible for managing and supporting an account base over the last several years that equated to greater than 40 million in revenue. Through out his career Mr. Haas has penetrated several vertical markets that include Legal, Healthcare and Government. Mr. Haas holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of South Carolina.
Andrew Sakalian
As a leading executive high technology arena for the last 16 years in both Canada and the US, Andrew Sakalian most recently founded ECMS, the leading development partner for the Microsoft Exchange platform. Under his tenure ECMS grew to over 6 million in sales and won the Microsoft Collaborative Solution of the Year award. ECMS was sold to ITFactory in May of 2001 where Mr. Sakalian worked as Executive Vice President of Microsoft operations. Prior to serving as President, Mr. Sakalian served as first Treasurer and then Chairman of the Board of USConnect, Inc., an international systems integration consortium ranked in the Top 5 of LAN Magazine's VAR 100. During his tenure at USConnect, Mr. Sakalian was responsible for the expansion of USConnect into Canada, as well as initiating the negotiations for the sale of USConnect to IKON Office Solutions. Mr. Sakalian also founded and served as CEO of CGS Microtechnologies, a regional systems integrator in 1985.
Robert Ginsburg
Mr. Ginsburg is a recognized technology leader. Over the past several years, Mr. Ginsburg has been widely recognized for his leadership in the Microsoft solutions market, as he is continually among the first to build new collaborative applications based on Microsoft technologies. Ginsburg's pioneering efforts in architecting .NET collaborative applications has played a vital role in developing Version3's new Web Services application architecture, which include the ability to enable existing collaborative applications with web services interfaces.

Mr. Ginsburg holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics from Georgia Southern College, as well as a wide range of industry certifications.
